We had Muffins in May today to celebrate our mothers. One of my gifts from Sawyer included a completed questionaiire. It was precious and yes, I cried!
1. What's mommy's favorite thing to do? Cook eggs
2. What's mom's favorite thing to eat? Salad
3. What do you do together? Play baseball
4. What do you love about your mommy? Her hugs
5. How much does your mommy weigh? 28 lbs.
6. How old is your mommy? 28 years old
On the way to school yesterday, Sawyer started this conversation:
Sawyer: Oh, Mama I wanted to be a rockstar today!
Me: Really...what does a rockstar wear?
Sawyer: You know, a tank top with a rockstar t-shirt under it and pants with stars!
Me: Oh..ok, do you have pants with stars on them?
Sawyer: No!
Me: Well, we will have to get you a rockstar outfit.
Sawyer: ok
Scout has her first tooth! It poked through on the bottom yesterday!!

Craziest Week...
So, I had prepared myself for a very busy week but had not prepared myself for the craziest week of my life. See the list below.
1. 3 Nightly Meetings (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and 2 baseball games
2. Caught in traffic on the way to 2nd meeting which caused stress about being late
3. Cell phone died
4. Dryer died
5. Locked myself out of building at work
6. Consultant visit which went great but caused high stress
7. Final grades were due
8. Muffins in May at school
9. Developed a cold sore on my lip
10. God is Good!!
I'm alive and still breathing and so thankful that God will never give me more than I can handle cause I've got HIM!

With the Easter Bunny (Emma looks a little unsure)
Two of a Kind...
Now I have experienced the agony trying to get one good shot with both kiddos looking at me. It is a very hard task!!
Nature Center...
We had a blast at the nature center. Sawyer's favorite was the peacock and I was totally creeped out by the snakes!!

We Did It...
So, Regan and I completed our first 5K race on Saturday. It was a great experience and we feel like we accomplished our goal, to finish. The course was super hilly, but a great one to start with cause it can only get easier, right? Our next stop will be at the Lake Junaluska Bunny Run, then the Biltmore House 5K. Our journey continues! I have a few pics, I'll post later!
My time: 33.29
Next time, I'm gonna start near the front cause I wasted some time in the crowd.
